Context

Leading Global Telecommunications Company is looking for a Business Development / Go-to-Market Lead (IoT, PaaS) to join their growing Sales and BD team. Will be involved in an exciting long term contract to build and operate GCC Smart Central Platform, Based in GCC.

Mission

Project Description:

Flagship Project, Public Sector, Digital / SmartX Transformation. To provide structure, governance & delivery enablement for the implementation of smart technologies across five national priority sectors; transportation, logistics, healthcare, environment and sports. More than 100 use cases linked to a Smart Central Platform. Our client has been tasked to build, design, operation and commercialization of the Smart Central Platform as well as the build and operation of five use cases over such platform.

Assignment duration:

2 years, possibility for 3 years.

Rate:

Competitive All inclusive daily & monthly rate

Position/s:

Reason for hire:

Key Role in defining and implementing of the commercial plan and go-to-market of PaaS and use cases.

Expected outcome:

Successful market adoption of PaaS and use cases, Customer aligned with the results.

Challenges:

Innovative products (to help the market to discover and appreciate their value), Highly political environment (internal and external), Demanding customer without clear ideas/strategy.

Key objectives for this position:

Design of commercial plan in parallel with platform and use cases implementation

Implementation of the commercial plan with successful results

Winning customer approval (results)
