Well known Global Technology Company is looking for:
Principal Organisational Change Consultant
This role is a non-technical people focused organizational change consulting role and is focused on the discipline of people and behavioral change management while developing and evolving Change Management and Adoption Services from a people and organizational perspective.
10+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in driving organisational change,
3 years’ experience in change management consulting with proven delivery change practitioner experience (not just technology consumption)
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci®)
Solid understanding of Microsoft’s Adoption & Change Management practice solutions across MS products
Experience in end user change initiatives where MS products have to be adopted (e.g. O365, Dynamics, Azure)
Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written & presentation skills; strong listening & team building skills
Demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting business and technology problems.
Experience working with different regional cultures and within a virtual global practice team
Proven self-starter able to deal with ambiguity resulting from a new practice and service offering
BA or BS degree in Social Science, Humanities, Psychology or Business and/or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
Support customers in the development and execution of Adoption and Change Management programs to drive adoption of Microsoft services and deliver measurable business value.
Assessing a customer’s ACM maturity and Business Impact through change management assessments and surveys and working with the customer key stakeholders and a Delivery Team to define appropriate mitigation strategies
Designing and undertaking workforce analysis to identify the key groups within an employee population and analyse how they will be impacted and react to the proposed change and their training needs
Working with the customer and other Change Consultants to define communication strategies that address the concerns and motivations of the employee population
Determining adoption metrics that can be used to measure success of the ACM project and make adjustments to plans as needed
Deriving based on the ACM scope the related training plans to help end-users develop the knowledge and ability required to be successful
Creating feedback mechanisms that will help sustain long term end user adoption
Mentoring and coaching client change teams and our ACM Delivery team
Communicating effectively and collaborating as part of a team of professionals.
Facilitate meetings with team and client contacts
Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships within the customer
